• Purchases and payments. 5.3 Restriction of processing and objection

You can restrict or object to the processing of your data by adjusting your preferences in the privacy settings of your account. Please note that some restrictions may affect the functionality of our services.

5.4 Deletion of your data

You can deactivate your account via the account settings. After deactivation, your profile will no longer be publicly visible. Please note that some data may be retained for a certain period of time in accordance with our retention guidelines and legal obligations.

5.5 Revocation of consent

For processing based on your consent, you can revoke it in your account settings. The revocation of consent has no effect on the legality of the processing carried out until the revocation.

5.6 Verification and processing time

To protect your privacy and ensure security, we carry out a verification process for all requests. This can extend the processing time. Complex requests may require a processing time of up to 60 days.

5.7 Restrictions and Fees

We reserve the right to reject or charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. In such cases, we will inform you about the reasons.

5.8 Requests from authorized representatives

Requests from authorized representatives must be submitted using our dedicated form in the Help Center. We may request additional evidence to verify the authorization.

5.9 Complaints
